All children who are registered for one month with our After School Gym Pick-Up Program, receive $10 off their classes’ tuition in the same month.
Brown’s Gym Orbit Sports Academy is providing transportation for our “After School Gymnastics Pick-Up Program” being offered at the Altamonte Springs facility only. We will pick up our students directly from Spring Lake Elementary, Bear Lake Elementary, Sabal Point Elementary, Lockhart Elelmentary, Wekiva Elementary and Forest City Elementary schools. The students will be getting an hour of gymnastics and/or sports games every day, lerning Level 1/2 gymnastics on all equipent (bars, beam, floor, vault, trampoline) by our Safety & GymCert Level 1 & 2 certified instructors. During these activities there will be a regular class student/instructor ratio (up to 9 students per instructor).
WE ARE NOT A DAYCARE! WE ARE AN AFTER SCHOOL SPORTS CAMP! Our goal is to develop happy well-rounded and physically fit children. We are a free-to-come-and-go facility and our stock in trade is gymnastics. You can pick up your child/children as early as 5:00 P.M. or as late as 6:30 P.M. each day. There is a $5.00 late fee for each 15 minutes after 6:30!
Your child will get gymnastics instruction, physical exercise, practice discipline, manners and respect for teachers, parents, and other students, as well as themselves. They will learn self esteem and confidence through our “Rainbow Gymnastics Program” as well as the US National GymCert Program. Your child’s positive attitude will be encouraged and will carry over into school work, and all sports activities.
Charge
The charge for the “After School Gymnastics Program” is $75.00 per week with three 3 days being considered a full week. Whether you attend 3, 4, or 5 days – the fee will remain at $75.00. This is a month to month program and is paid either monthly or weekly. Payment is due on the Friday before the week of pick-up!. If payment is not received your child will not be picked up! At times,we may offer a twice a week pick -up pricing. Only if space is available on the vans. Call for additional information 407-869-8744.
Payment Due Dates
All payments are due the Friday prior to the week of service. It is IMPERATIVE that payment is in for the next week or we will not know that your child needs to be picked up. Brown’s Gym requires a guarantee form of payment to be left on file at all times. You will be charged for the week unless you notify Brown’s Gym Orbit Sports Academy by 10 AM on Mondays that your child is not going to need to be picked up that week. You are also responsible to inform us by 10:00 A.M. each day if your child is absent from school and will not need to be picked up. Omitting to give us information if your child is absent from school and does not need to be picked up will result in your financial responsibility for that day.
