Flip Flop Clinics

This one and a half hour clinic consists of drills and skill development towards mastering the back handspring. It breaks down the mechanics of the back handspring, a.k.a. flip flop, a.k.a. flic flac. Participants should be at a Level 2 or higher level to participate and able to hold a handstand and a back walk-over.
