Flip, fly, and cheer with confidence! Our Recreational Cheer & Tumble classes (for ages 4+) combine teamwork, energy, and skill-building in a fun, structured environment. Led by passionate coaches, athletes learn safe progressions, master new tricks, and shine with spirit every step of the way.
Enrollment Details
Tuition: $92 per month for one class, one time per week.
Discount: Students taking a 2nd class receive 10% Off the monthly fee.
Annual Fee: An annual fee of $45 per child ($30 per sibling) is due at registration.
About Tumbling in this Program
Our Tumbling training is a form of floor gymnastics that involves using strength and body control to perform flips and twists in the air. Drills are primarily taught using the TumbleTrak and Trampoline to safely build body awareness before transitioning skills to the spring floor. Tumbling is the most important fundamental for a successful all-around cheer athlete.

Rec Cheer Tumble (L1-L5)
Level Focus: All-Around Technique
Combines floor gymnastics (tumbling), jumps, conditioning, and an introduction to basic performance skills. Essential for all cheer athletes.
Classes are divided by skill level (Level 1 through 5).
Back Walk Over Class
Level Focus: Foundational Tumbling
Focuses on the precise strength, flexibility, and control to execute a technically correct Back Walkover and Front Walkover.
Must have a strong bridge and be able to hold a handstand against the wall.
Handspring Class
Level Focus: Intermediate Power
Dedicated training to master the Front and Back Handspring. Focuses on proper shape, block, and rebound, utilizing the TumbleTrak and spring floor for repetition.
Must have a solid Back Walkover and be able to execute a standing jump to a bridge.
Tucked (Standing Tuck Class)
Level Focus: Advanced Standing
Concentrated training on the Standing Back and Front Tuck. Focuses on explosive power, tight body position, rapid rotation, and a clean, safe landing.
Must have a consistent standing Back Handspring and be able to perform a strong running Round-Off Back Handspring series.
Flight Class
Level Focus: Partner Stunting
Specialized training exclusively for Flyers. Focuses on synchronization, balance, flexibility, and accuracy in partner and group lifts, building the core strength and body tightness required for stunting.
Intended specifically for athletes who are flying in a stunt group.
